Thanks. That's very helpful to know. I can tell you that I've always assumed it was the duration of the condition, not the period of incapacity. Therefore, our organization (which uses the calendar year) only got updated information once a year (unless the circumstances appeard to have changed, or there was evidence of fraud, etc.)
